Rules and Safety Committee
General responsibilities: to prepare annual and long-range plans and programs to address the operation and maintenance of all facilities and services related to safety and security.
Open Gate Policy – The Woods Community Association (WCA) does not have an open gate policy. Residents who are having a party either at their home or the community center must provide both gates with the a signed guest list, dated, party time (including start / stop time) with the last names in alphabetical order and contact telephone number. This list expedites ingress of our guests and the gates contacting the resident. Any guest that may arrive at either gate and is not on the list, verification will be required from the homeowner by telephone.
Non-licensed vehicles – Riding of non-licensed vehicles within the WCA is illegal. Non-licensed vehicles include but not limited to dirt bikes, ATVs, mini-bikes, motorized scooters, mopeds, motorized skateboards, four-wheeled bikes, tricycles or chopped-style motorcycles.
Giddens Security – We would like to take this opportunity to thank Giddens Security for their assistance in improving our security posture. Our gate security has come along way the past couple of months. Thank you.
Please do not park on our grass – We are asking all residents and their guest to refrain from parking on our grass. Our neighbors and lawn Maintenance Company take pride in maintaining the grass areas in our Cul-de-sacs. If you notice a guest or relative parked on our grass we would appreciate you kindly asking them to move their vehicle. This action not only saves our grass but a towing fee as well.
