Pool-Party Guidelines
All residents must complete a party reservation form and pay a $75 Pool House Rental and $200 damage deposit at least three days prior to the date of the party.
NO private parties are allowed at the pool on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Fridays after 5:00 PM, or any time Saturday or Sunday.
No private party may exceed 30 people without prior approval of the Board of Directors.
The resident/sponsor MUST be present at the party at all times.
Pool deck furniture is NOT to be moved outside the fence around the pool deck.
Absolutely NO food or drink are allowed in the pool deck area.
NO alcoholic beverages and NO glass containers are allowed in the recreation area.
All trash pickup will be the responsibility of the resident/host. A $25 trash pick-up fee will be charged if the area is not properly cleaned up.
Residents hosting a party must supply their own garbage bags, and are expected to deposit those bags in the green dumpster (in the parking lot) on the way out. (A key may be borrowed from the lifeguard, if the dumpster is locked.)
Anything spilled on the pool deck will be the responsibility of the resident to clean up.
The resident is also responsible for guests’ behavior, and must ensure that all pool rules and lifeguard orders are followed.
The resident will be held responsible for any damages done by a guest during a party.
In the case of parties with guests under the age of 13, the resident is required to pay for an extra lifeguard. Lifeguard charges are $20 per hour (3 hour minimum).
