We no longer accept the Quarterly dues in the office
or
mailbox at the clubhouse these now need to be sent in to:
Colonial Bank Assn.
C/o P.O. Box 628207
Orlando, FL 32862
The Clubhouse rental is now $200 instead of the $125.
A refundable deposit of $500 is also required.
This deposit will be returned only if the Clubhouse is clean and free of
damage.
Office hours have changed.
