Special points of interest
Any work being done to the exterior of your home must have prior approval from the architectural review sub-committee. You may obtain variance-request forms from The Woods office.
All residents are responsible for knowing and abiding by the as well as the rules & regulations of The Woods, and for ensuring that their guests do the same.
Bar-code stickers are issued during regular on-site office hours or by prior appointment, and should not be applied in the rain. Please call The Woods office to set up an appointment.
Notice to all homeowners
Please contact your closing agent if you did not receive a complete copy of the Covenants and Restrictions and rules & regulations at or prior to your closing. Your builder or the previous owner should supply you with a copy; in any case, you are expected to be aware of and to comply with the rules and guidelines they contain. If you need a copy, you may obtain one from The Woods office for $10. If you rent out your home, your tenants should also be provided with a copy of the rules & regulations.

The office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can be reached at 904-273-3033. The Woods on-site office is open Mon 9am to 1pm, Tues - Thurs 2pm to 6pm and Fri 9am - 1pm Our property manager can be reached at 221-3722. Recreation facilities
The Woods has a recreation facility for your enjoyment. The area includes a junior Olympic sized-pool, eight clay tennis courts, playground, football/soccer field, baseball diamond, basketball court, and volleyball court, as well as a community center which is available for rent to Woods residents. Please call The Woods office to reserve tennis courts or to inquire about rental of the community center clubhouse.
The Woods is run by an elected and several active committees, including building committee, safety & rules committee, architectural review sub-committee, streets, drains & maintenance committee, finance committee, and recreation committee. Your participation and support are encouraged and appreciated. Dates and times for all meetings are posted on the reader boards at both gates and in The Woods’ monthly newsletter.
