General responsibilities: to oversee the fiscal management of the association, including assisting with the preparation of the budget, provide counsel to the Board in evaluation of contracts and bids from vendors, provide counsel to the Board in regard to our year to date financial status, help monitor accounts receivables and assist the management firm as needed.
