The woods clubhouse

Community Center Rental Information

 

One of the amenities offered by The Woods is a large and beautiful community center/clubhouse which may be rented for private functions by The Woods residents. Residents who would like to rent the clubhouse must be in good standing with The Woods Community Association, with no outstanding assessments or fines. Under most circumstances, we ask that all requests for use of the facilities be made no less than 15 days prior to the event; in November and December, 30 days’ notice is required because of the high volume of holiday requests for the clubhouse. Rental for the clubhouse is $200; a refundable security deposit of $500 is also required.

Use of the clubhouse is limited to residents of The Woods. Residents may sponsor non-residents, but must be in attendance at the function, and are solely responsible for any problems or damages incurred during the event. All moneys for use of the center must come from the responsible resident, who must also sign the lease agreement. Rental of the center is for 24 hours, from 9:00 AM the day of the party to 9:00 AM the following morning, at which time the keys must be returned to the guard in duty at the Atlantic gate. No more than one party may be scheduled for a 24-hour period. Included in the rental: 

 

 

The center may NOT be rented in conjunction with a pool party. Rental of the community center does not include exclusive use of the tennis courts, playground or any other Woods park areas.

 

Rental is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations not confirmed by check within 15 days of the event (30 days during November and December) will be cancelled. Residents whose reservations are in question will be notified. In addition, an alphabetized guest list must be provided to The Woods office no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
